Refund Policy

Tusomesa aims to provide high-quality learning experiences. Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased.

For self-paced digital courses, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if only a minimal portion of the content has been accessed. For live bootcamps, refund requests must be made before the start of the second live session unless otherwise stated on the program page.

No refunds will be issued for downloadable digital products, completed coaching sessions, custom services, marketplace listing fees, or services already delivered unless required by law or approved at Tusomesa’s discretion.

If a bootcamp is canceled by Tusomesa, learners may be offered a full refund, transfer to another cohort, or account credit. Refund requests should be submitted through the official contact method listed on the website.

Tusomesa reserves the right to review each request fairly and may update this policy from time to time.
